You will need a developer to help you implement a tracked campaign. The purpose of a tracked campaign is to provide a unique method of identifying a user, such as email address or customer ID etc. So your developer will need to add this unique identifier into the Feebee snippet.
What happens if I create a tracked campaign, but don’t populate the required snippet field for tracking?
Your campaign will still work, and users will be able answer your questions, but their responses won't be included when you filter your data in the campaign view.
